Shipping

All our products are shipped from our distribution partners in Ireland and the UK, they use state of the art distribution centers some of which are the equivalent size of the London Olympic Stadium and are all designed to maximise efficiency and the flow of goods. All of our DC’s have fast lane picking systems and high bay aisle storage for rapid receipt and retrieval of palletized goods. Warehouse staff rarely get it wrong and 100% of products that are in stock are delivered the next working day or with-in 2-5 Days to Ireland .

Customers requesting a delivery to a company should note the delivery will probably not be made directly to them, but will be signed for at goods in, post room or reception area. Should a customer not be at home after the first attempt to deliver, next day delivery will be available. Using the contact information provided, the customer should get in contact with the courier or Creative Systems to make arrangements to attempt a second delivery. If no contact is made within the seven day holding period the package will be returned to the carrier holding centre. Should a customer request a second dispatch they will be charged another delivery. Failing to get in contact will see the product returned to the distributor

The couriers are supplied with a customer contact number; however, it is not their policy to call a customer before they attempt delivery. The number is supplied for the courier ’s convenience, and for them to use should they have a problem.

Currently we are only delivering in Ireland

Orders are only delivered on working days Monday – Friday

Delivery is currently Free of charge for orders over €500 however this is open to change due to market conditions

24Hrs a day 

Where applicable Warehouse staff work 24hrs a day on rotating shifts to meet demand from the order processing and warehouse management systems.

We can handle specific customer delivery requirements including splitting of orders, timed deliveries, and deliveries to multiple locations and consolidated deliveries within Ireland.

Tracked Deliveries

We do not offer tracked delivery service as it not offer by distribution in most cases, where this is necessary a specialized service would need to be order using additional carrier services for An-Post, UPS, Royal Mail (RM) – RM Tracked, RM Special delivery, RM recorded signed for and RM International signed for. Additional charges will most lightly be incurred for this service

Chosen Courier

We can interface with any chosen courier. This flexibility ensures each consignment is held at the nearest hub to its final required destination. As a result, carded deliveries are convenient for collection.
